Congratulations to the girls volleyball team as they traveled to Ft. Cherry last night and came away with a victory. 

The JV team played a very competitive match first, as both teams went back and forth, ultimately splitting the first two sets. The third and deciding set also went to the wire, but unfortunately, a phantom touch call against the Chargers was the difference late in the game, giving Ft. Cherry JV the win.

The Varsity match was also very competitive. Both teams took turns scoring and all 3 sets went to the end as the girls brought home a 3-0 sweep of the Rangers. 
The individual scores were: 25-21, 25-20, and 25-21. 
The girls overall record is 10 wins and 2 losses, and they are currently ranked 3rd in the Class A Coaches Poll.  The girls play at Sto Rox on Thursday.
