The Lady Chargers lost a heart breaker in double over time to Winchester Thurston on Friday Night.

The Chargers found the first goal early in the first half on a quick passing sequence. Camryn Hummel had a throw-in to Daria Charron who headed it to Alexa Taylor who headed it to Olivia Taylor who sent a through ball back to Charron, who used grit to out-muscle the GK for the Chargers' loan goal.

WT tied the game with 7 min left in the first half and the game would remain locked well into the 2nd over time until WT was able to score the winning goal.

Faith Gartley was outstanding in goal, making multiple saves on the same attack at times.

The next game is Springdale on Monday, September 25 at Youthtowne.
