The AAA Quarter-Final  was played a Norwin High School between District 7 # 3 OLSH and District 6 #1.

The Chargers started out on fire with Juniors Leah Parker and Lola Garner each hitting 3 baskets. Two of Leah Parker's
baskets were treys and Claudia Ierullo also drained a long 3 pointer. When the buzzer sounded, it was OLSH on top 17-10.

Both teams traded baskets in the 2nd quarter but it was Leah Parker's 3 pointer at the buzzer which kept OLSH in front by 6
points. At the intermission, it was OLSH 27  CC 21.  OLSH scoring was led by Claudia Ierullo with 4 points, Lola Garner had 3
and Leah Parker had the buzzer beater.

OLSH controlled the 3rd quarter by outscoring the Red Devils 12 to 6. Claudia Ierullo had 6 points, Lola Garner
added 4  points and Shae Trombetta chipped in a basket to round out the scoring. As time ran out, Claudia Ierullo make a 
driving basket but it was after the buzzer. The Chargers were on top 39-27.  

In the fourth quarter, the Chargers controlled the ball the majority of the time and kept the lead at 10 points most
of the frame. Libby Gallick and Leah Parker each went 2 for 2 from the charity stripe. The Red Devils made a last minute run
but fell short of a comeback. The Chargers survived and advanced.

The Chargers will be in the State AAA Semi-finals next Friday  March 21 at a time and place to be announced.
OLSH is now 25-4 overall.
