On Saturday, October 18th, OLSH boys soccer team kicked off its first WPIAL playoff game against Greensburg Central Catholic at 1:00 PM.
The Chargers came out strong, scoring eight goals in the first half with contributions from
Brady Hernandez (2),
Jeremy Ye (1),
Andre Kolocouris (2),
Peter Zink (2), and
Hunter Smith (1).
In the second half, OLSH continued to dominate, adding six more goals from
Owen Minzer (1),
Isaac Tarbuk (1),
Wyatt Walsh (1),
Hunter Smith (2), and
Aiden Curry (1).
The Chargers secured a decisive 14–1 victory to advance to the WPIAL Quarterfinals, which will be played on Wednesday, October 22nd at 6:00 PM at Moon High School.
