Jake Johnson and Nolan Reed powered the Chargers' offense, combining for 33 points as their squad cruised past the Albert Gallatin Colonials in the opening round of the Brownsville Tip-Off Tournament.
Jake Johnson set the tone early, scoring six of his 19 points in the first quarter to spark OLSH to a commanding 15–2 lead. The Chargers maintained control throughout the first half, taking a 24–9 advantage into the break.
Frankie Igrec also provided a lift before halftime, contributing all seven of his points in the opening two quarters.
The Chargers, now 2–0, put the game out of reach in the third quarter by outscoring the Colonials17–5. Nolan Reed fueled the surge, tallying seven of his 14 points in the period as OLSH continued to pull away.
The Chargers closed out a dominant 56–25 victory to stay unbeaten to start the season.
