The girls' track and field team squared off against North Catholic, Shadyside, and Shenango at the WPIAL Team Semifinals on April 30, held at Shenango Area High School.  While the team will not be moving on to the championship, several girls recorded impressive performances. For the runners, Hannah Hayes led the way with 3^rd place finishes in the 100m and 300m hurdles and the high jump, while Gianna Mosca took 3^rd place in the 3200m. For the throwers, Madisyn Phillips and Claire Dela Cruz finished 2^nd and 3^rd in the javelin and Bella Grega finished 4^th in the discus and javelin.
