Track & Field Athletes Deliver Strong Performances at Baldwin Invitational, Owen Breaks School Record

Our track and field team braved cold, rainy conditions at the Baldwin Invitational and still rose to the occasion.

For many athletes, it marked the final meet of the season—and for some of our seniors, the last competition of their high school careers. Despite the tough weather, the performances were outstanding. Mira Mosca captured a first-place finish in the 3200m, while Owen Wasko finished in first place for javelin, setting a new personal record and a new school record with a throw of 172 feet, 7 inches. Eva Crofford added a sixth-place finish in the 400m, also a personal best, and the girls' 4x800 relay team earned another medal with a seventh-place medal finish.
