It was an exciting day at Youthtowne yesterday as the baseball team defeated Laurel in walk-off fashion!
The Chargers were down 7-6 in the bottom of the 7th.

Iseia Fields-Schulz bunted into a fielder's choice. With men on first and second,
Quinn Santelli hit a grounder to third and took first base on an error, loading the bases for
Braden Wentling, who walked to tie the game. After a strike out, the Chargers had bases loaded again, with 2 outs, and a tie game on their hands.
Brandon Brazell drew a walk of his own, scoring Fields-Schulz and winning the game 8-7!
Kavals gave up only 2 hits and threw 7 strike outs in 5 innings pitched. The Chargers had 10 hits in their victory.
