Girls Volleyball traveled to rival Hopewell last night and unfortunately did not come home with the result they wanted.  JV lost in two straight sets: 12-25, and 21-25.  The varsity match saw a great deal of back-and-forth momentum-wise, as the Vikings beat OLSH 25-9 in set 1.  The Chargers came back and played better in set 2, winning with a 25-23 score.  Hopewell again took all the momentum in set 3, with a score of 25-13, but the Chargers again came back and took set 4 with a score of 25-22, forcing the 5th and deciding set.  The last set was deadlocked at 6-6, before Hopewell made their move and captured the match with a 15-8 final score.  The girls will play against Freedom tomorrow at Archangel Gabriel School.  JV starts at 6pm.
