OLSH Cross Country hosts huge Youthtowne Invitational

Senior Recognition at the Youthtowne Clash

Almost 1500 registered runners participated in the Youthtowne Clash held on September 28. The race consisted of 3rd to 12th grade runners.

The OLSH girls finished 2nd in Class A and 4th overall. The Mosca sisters lead a 1-2 OLSH punch by Gianna Mosca (19:21) and Mira Mosca (20:54). Gianna medaled with a 7th place overall finish. Both Mosca sisters set personal records.

Eva Crofford was third on the team with a time of 21:14. Lindsey Bressler was fourth on team with time of 21:17 and set a personal best. Giada Hricisak had her best race of the season to close out the team scoring.

The OLSH boys finished 4th in Class A. Brayden Douglass medaled with an 18th place overall finish and time of 16:57. All of the boys on the team set personal records as Jeremy Ye ran a time of 18:14, Wes Goshen ran a time of 18:20. Leo Mosca ran a time of 19:06 and Oliver Tomsic ran a time of 19:45 to close out the team scoring.
