The boys volleyball team traveled to Mars High School to face the Fightin' Planets, earning wins at both the junior varsity and varsity levels.
The junior varsity match went the full three sets, with the Chargers securing a 2–1 victory.
At the varsity level, the Chargers controlled the match early, taking the first two sets in decisive fashion, 25–14 and 25–12. Despite a closer third set, they completed the sweep with a 26–24 win to finish the match 3–0.
Offensively, Isaac Tarbuk led the team with 16 kills, followed by Brady Rooney with 12. Aiden Curry directed the offense with 27 assists while also contributing 3Â aces. Defensively, Oliver Tomsic recorded 8 digs.
The team will now prepare for its next home match against the Class 3A No. 5 ranked Baldwin Highlanders.
