The Chargers took on the Centurions for the 3rd time in a 2nd round state play off game.

GCC scored first but Sara Daeschner hit a shot from behind the arc to even the score.
Both teams exchanged baskets in the quarter and when the buzzer sounded, the game was tied at nines.
Claudia Ierullo had 2 baskets and Lola Garner chipped in a basket for OLSH.

Both teams traded baskets in the 2nd quarter but the OLSH defense held GCC to only 7 points.
The Chargers went in at the half on top 18-16.  Claudia Ierullo hit a long 3 pointer and added a 
bucket to lead the scoring.  Lola Garner had a put back and Libby Gallick added a floater.

GCC scored the first 5 points of the quarter to take a 21-18 lead with 4:30 left but Claudia Ierullo
made a driving layup to cut the lead. GCC added only one more basket and Claudia Ierullo hit a turn 
around jump from behind the arc to bank in a trey. Both teams were tied at 23 a piece.

In the fourth quarter, it was a see-saw game with baskets being exchanged by both teams.
With GCC up 30-27, Claudia Ierullo got open and drained a long trey to tie the score at 30-30.
On the next defense position, Claudia Ierullo stole the ball from the GCC point guard and the Chargers
were up for good. Fouls shots were made by Claudia Ierullo and Lola Garner in the fourth.
When the buzzer sounded, it was OLSH with a victory.

The Chargers are 24-4 overall and advance to the PIAA quarter-finals on Friday. Place and opponent
to be determined.
