Rising OLSH junior Trey dominated the field this summer in discus and javelin. He took first place in both events at the Three Rivers District Championships at Slippery Rock University in late June—breaking the Three Rivers javelin record in the process.
Trey's victories qualified him for the North East Regional Championships (also held at Slippery Rock) on July 12, where he once again took first in both events, earning a spot at the USATF National Championships in Savannah, GA.
Competing against the nation's best in the 15–16-year-old division, Trey placed 25th nationally in discus and achieved All-American status in javelin by finishing 5th in the country with an impressive throw of 169 feet, 4 inches.
Congratulations, Trey, on an incredible summer season!
