The OLSH Chargers bounced back after last weeks loss with 28-18 victory over Union Friday night at William "Rip" Scherer Field in Moon Township.

Dior Devers plunged into the end zone from one yard away to give OLSH an early 7-0 lead.
Union would respond early in the second quarter capping a 5 play, 78 yard drive, a missed PAT made it 7-6.
The Chargers turned to the defense to set up the next score, linebacker
Joe Graff intercepted a pass that would immediately be followed by a forty-two yard touchdown run by Pearson.
OLSH took the momentum going into the half after a 10 play, 65 yard drive, ending in a 10 yard touchdown run by Pearson and giving the Chargers a 21-6 lead going into the second half.
The Scotties would break a 63 yard touchdown run in the 3rd quarter to trim the OLSH lead to 21-12 with the failed two point conversion attempt but that would be as close as Union would get.
The purple and gold expanded their lead on Pearson's third touchdown of the night, with a 24 yard run.
Union decided they weren't quite done scoring after driving the ball 82 yards in 6 plays to cut the Charger lead to 28-18, where it would stay.
Neimiah Azeem who went 11 of 17 passing on the night with 171 yards and two interceptions.
Bobby Brazell led the Chargers in receptions catching 6 for 109 yards.

Friday's victory raises the OLSH Chargers to (4-1) going into next week's matchup at Shenango (5-0).
