The OLSH bowling team competed in their first match of the season yesterday against Montour. The boys came in hot, winning the first two of three games and taking the match overall. They won the first game by just 4 pins, but blew Montour out of the water in the second game, winning by over 100.
Matt Tarbuk had the boys high score with a 226.
Tom Gayliardi bowled a 200 and 212. And
Peter Sweeney threw his highest game ever, with a 204.
The girls didn't have as much luck, but really made Montour work for their win.
Maura Randal bowled a 164 in the second game, which the girls lost by just 14 pins.
Both teams will go to Noble Manor on Friday to take on Bishop Canevin.
