The bowling team played against Bishop Canevin at Paradise Lanes yesterday. It was a hugely impressive showing all around, as both boys and girls swept Canevin to bring in a victory.
Maura Randal had her best match of the season, throwing a 152 and a 192 to set a new personal record.
Katarina Komoroski assisted in the win with a 145.
For the boys,
Peter Sweeney bowled a 178,
Tom Gayliardi bowled a 185 and 206,
Owen McLaren bowled a 197 (his highest game), and
Matt Tarbuk dominated with a 182, 191, and 244 for a 616 series. He edged out Canevin's top player by just one pin.
Next up, both teams look to secure a playoff spot in their match against Carlynton at Paradise Lanes next Wednesday at 3:30. It'll be a close competition, so come on out and support the Chargers AND help the team celebrate senior night!
