The OLSH Lady Chargers were victorious over the Charleroi Cougars on Tuesday, winning 6-4 on the road.

After a slow first few innings, OLSH opened the scoring in the 5th after Julia Pinter singled, scoring one run. But Charleroi was quick to tie it up in the bottom of the inning.

In the bottom of the 6th, Charleroi broke the tie with a home run and an error to take a 4-1 lead. Morgan O'Brien hit a 3-run homer in the top of the 7th to tie the game again, at 4-4.

Lizzy Smith hit a sacrifice fly in the top of the 8th to bring in a run. A single by Leann Walzer followed, making the final score 6-4 Chargers. Lily Wamsley earned the win on the mound for the Chargers.
