OLSH Head Softball Coach Andrew Wasko enters his first season at the helm in 2026–2027, bringing energy, experience, and a clear vision for excellence. After joining the program as a volunteer coach in 2025–2026, Coach Wasko made an immediate impact by drawing on more than a decade of coaching youth athletes at elite levels. Fueled by a lifelong passion for sports and a deep commitment to developing the next generation of leaders, Coach Wasko builds a culture centered on strong fundamentals, continuous growth, regimented training, competitive spirit, and unwavering team unity. His leadership style inspires athletes to lead with purpose, communicate with intention, and strengthen their bonds of teamwork, both on and off the field.
