OLSH's cross country teams ran up competing against AAA schools at the TSTCA Championship Meet on Thursday, October16th at White Oak Park.
The girls team finished 8th out of 25 AAA teams.
Jules Goshen placed 17th overall out of 276 runners and earned a medal in the competitive division finishing strong with a sprint to the finish coming in at 19:20.
Hannah Hayes just missed a medal with an impressive time of 19:31.
Mira Mosca ran her best race of the season, finishing in 20:58, closely followed by
Lindsay Bressler, just one second behind.
Eva Crofford came in at 21:18, and
Charlotte Gauntner was close behind with a time of 21:37.
On the boys' side,
Brayden Douglass led the team to a 20th-place team finish in Class AAA. All top 5 boys finished within 1 minute and 12 seconds of each other.
Brayden Douglass finished in 17:17, followed by Wes Goshen (18:08),
Jeremy Ye (18:12),
Andre Kolocouris (18:22), and
Leo Mosca at 18:29.
