The OLSH girls cross country team won the section title for WPIAL Division 2 Section 2 on September 16th at Youthtowne. 

There were a lot of good performances. Freshman Jules Goshen placed 2nd overall with a time of 20:06. Sophomore Eva Crofford placed 4th overall with a time of 20:43. Junior Hannah Hayes placed 7th overall in 21:03. Junior Mira Mosca placed 11th in 22:16 and Senior Charlotte Gauntner placed 14th overall in 22:30 to close out the team scoring.

Senior Brayden Douglass lead the boys to a 4th place team finish with an 8th place finish with a time of 17:31.  Senior Wesley Goshen placed 15th with a time of 18:19. Sophomore Leo Mosca placed 20th in 18:41. Senior Oliver Tomsic placed 31st in 19:33, and Sophomore Sidney McLaughlin finished out the team scoring with a 41st place finish in 20:36.
